Hidden Talents: Art in Poundbury
This Exhibition showcases the work of 17 Artists who are all current members of the Art in Poundbury Arts group but who may not have exhibited ever before. Revealing their ‘Hidden Talents!’
Art in Poundbury was founded in 2019 by Pam Philip and Judy Tate with only 7 members, with the aim to foster, promote and increase the knowledge, practice and appreciation of art in the local area. The club has now grown to a group of 70+ artists! Meeting twice monthly at the Brownsword Hall for classes, demonstrations and workshops in all kinds of art media, including drawing, oil, water and pastel painting, collage and life drawing. Art in Poundbury run a plein air programme in the summer months, painting and sketching in the Dorset countryside.
